The word biology comes from Greek words«Βlife = life and words = narration, research, interpretation»

This subject belongs to natural sciences and deals with the study of life and organisms. It is the catalyst for our knowledge of life. It is a science as alive as its objects. Biology discovers and builds knowledge through its immersion in life. Biology is our guide to the world that lives in and around us.

Together with T.I.M.E.’S biologist, adolescents learn about body functions as well as the perpetuation of species, the genetic diversity that is created within offspring. Learners are given the opportunity to study various microscopic organisms, at times even their own DNA, under the lens of a microscope.

Through various scientific methods, they learn how to perform as real scientists do when conducting experiments. Follow to perform an experiment so that they too can perform various experiments.
