Economics aims for students to understand the basic economic concepts, necessary for understanding and explaining the various economic phenomena in their daily lives. This basic knowledge help students to study Economics in greater depth, so as to form their own understanding of economic systems and economic laws that regulate our lives at national and international levels.
In addition, students should understand their important role as active citizens of a democratic country, in which they participate responsibly, and equally, but at the same time as aware citizens of a global society that is called upon to face various issues. To achieve this goal, they understand the usefulness of Economics.
